I very much agree with Raul Cuero. Being able to innovate is having something added onto, but being able to invent is way more important because we get to be a part of something new.
Everyone can be creative especially those who want to invent something are more creative than those who want to innovate on something that has existed. Everyone has their own creative mind and I agree with what he said over being you and your own inventor.
In my daily life, I can apply what Raul said, by being able to not follow instructions that were given but being able to innovate them and apply and invent new ones that can get me a better end result. Rues to need to be followed but being creative is by following them, but being able to do it in your way.

Notes from short video watched in class:

The pheromones are molecules that make a connection when the temperature gets higher.
Information you pick up, you need to apply it to be knowledge, if you don't use it, it is not knowledge. Kids are taught to follow instructions, memorize, and that is it.
Innovation is different from creation and invention. Innovation is adding to or enhancing, and invention, you are creating something from zero/nothing.
Scientific law is the one that can create the job. The law is very predictable. We need to make sure that we convert/transform our discoveries into scientific law, to our invention not to our innovation. When you have a sense of being you feel useful. "To Be" is internal.
